Momentum Global Investment Management has introduced the Momentum Real Assets Growth and Income (RAGI) fund, designed to provide diversified exposure to a broad array of real assets and alternative investments within a single strategy.
The RAGI fund will allocate investments across property, infrastructure, private equity investment trusts, specialist financials, as well as gold, gilts, and cash. Under the management of Richard Parfect and Gary Moglione, the fund aims to deliver returns that are largely uncorrelated with traditional markets, while also offering income linked to inflation.
Parfect emphasized the team’s extensive experience in real and alternative asset strategies, having spent over 20 years in the sector. “Our team’s expertise and long-standing experience enable us to offer advisers and wealth managers access to a superior solution that stands apart from competitors, due to our unique asset blend,” he noted.
The new fund will also be incorporated into Momentum Global Investment Management’s Managed Portfolio range, supporting the asset allocation strategies within these portfolios. Andrew Hardy, Director of Investment Management, highlighted that growing client demand for focused solutions in these asset classes prompted the launch of the RAGI fund. “We are responding to this demand by offering advisers and their clients access to high-quality investment opportunities, thereby enhancing their investment approach,” he stated.
