French carmaker Renault announced a 0.6% increase in first-quarter revenue, surpassing expectations slightly, thanks to a series of recent vehicle launches.
In the first three months of the year, Renault’s revenue totaled 11.68 billion euros ($13.24 billion). Although this figure was slightly below the company’s expected 11.71 billion euros, it still marked a modest growth when adjusted for constant exchange rates.
The company also reported a 2.9% rise in sales, with 564,980 vehicles sold during the period.
