Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.52%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which rose 3.93% or 11.70 points to trade at 309.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) added 0.82% or 1.10 points to end at 135.30 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 0.64% or 0.85 points to 133.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH), which fell 2.47% or 11.60 points to trade at 458.80 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) declined 2.41% or 7.50 points to end at 303.90 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was down 1.78% or 10.60 points to 585.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 77 to 58 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) rose to 52-week highs; up 3.93% or 11.70 to 309.20.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 2.09% or 1.82 to $89.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.69% or 1.53 to hit $92.17 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.63% or 12.25 to trade at $1,934.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.23% to 6.95, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 104.37.
